    These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the sale and purchase of the Tally TDL add-ons (the “Products”) from our online store (the “vikashamittech.odoo.com”)  Business Name / developed by vikash kumar, Patna,Bihar, India. By accessing and using the vikashamittech.odoo.com, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the vikashamittech.odoo.com.

    Sale of Tally Add-ons

    (a) The Products listed on the vikashamittech.odoo.com are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

    (b) The prices of the TDL add-ons listed on the vikashamittech.odoo.com are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of the Products at any time.

    (c) Upon receipt of payment, you will get Invoice and TDL download link 2-3 Business Hours  on the email ID & Whatsapp provided by you. 

    (d) The Tally add-ons are provided “as is” as shown in the demo video and trial downloaded by you and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Tally add-ons will be error-free and we keep updating the same time to time.

    Refunds and Returns

    We provide 7 days refund in case if our Tally add-ons do not as shown on the site, demo, video and free trial

    Limitation of Liability

    (a) We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Tally add-ons.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.

    Changes to the Agreement

    We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Store after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
